April 2 rainstorm causes flash flooding on Chico streets


Authorities answered about 20 calls for assistance during the April 2 storm that caused flooding in Chico.

The April 2 flash flood in Chico came and went quickly. During the flood, there were around 20 calls regarding traffic hazards due to the flooding on the roads.
