Chico State student Paulina Cortez was in the house when she heard a gunshot and was told to run.
“We saw a boy was shot in the leg with blood coming down the porch,” Cortez said. “They told us told us there was an argument between one of the frat boys.”
The shooting is still being investigated by police, and the suspect is unknown.
