Butte County Republicans discussed the upcoming midterm elections Thursday evening at Oxford Suites in Chico.

“What we see is really strong enthusiasm on our side to go out and vote because even those people that I know that are hard-core never-Trump republicans are really mad about what happened in the last two weeks,” said county Chairman Saulo Londono. “Talk to your friends who have been never-Trumpers for the past few years and see where they're at now because you might be able to bring them back in.”
The members voted to allow the use of approximately $15,000 in party funds for campaign-related expenses in Butte County.
Butte County Republicans meet every second Thursday of the month to discuss election and community matters.
